Question: The steamer oven is not powered on.

Answer:
① Please check if the socket is powered on. You can verify it by connecting other household appliances to the socket.
② Check if the door is fully closed. Are there any unused transportation shock-absorbing rubber pads around the door body? If there are, please remove them before testing the machine.
③ Some machines need to be powered on by long-pressing the power button. Please try again by long-pressing.
