Troubleshooting

1  Blank screen. It cannot be lighted up by pressing any key(s).

2 Adjustment of refrigerator with touch control function is not working. Answer :

（1）Blank screen. It cannot be lighted up by pressing any key(s).Power supply failure or there are something wrong with the refrigerator.Check whether the refrigerator has been connected to the power supply, disconnect the refrigerator from power supply and reconnect the power plug, then check whether the screen is light. (If still have problems, please call a service)

（2） Adjustment of refrigerator with touch control function is not working.Adjustment operation is not right.While adjusting such refrigerator, please do not apply too much force as it is adjusted by conduction performance rather than pressing keys. You only need to touch the screen gently. Applying too much force may cause movement of parts and affect adjustment performance.
