Question: Whether the gasket can be changed
Answer:

When the refrigerator has been used for many years, the gasket may be aging or broken, then the gasket or the door should be changed.

Normally, for the refrigerator, the gasket can be changed. For the chest freezer, the gasket can’t be changed, if the gasket has failure, the door should be changed.

As the picture, you can push the angle of the gasket, if it can be moved, it mean the gasket can be changed.
