Step 1: Go to page:  http://www.haier.com/my/

Step 2:  Input the model name(the refrigerator model as an example) and click search icon

Step 3: if there is the model in the website, you can see the next page, click the first product

Step 4: When you see the model page, please click manual

Step 5:  download the user manual.
