Problem:

Drainage failure.

 

Cause:

  • Drain hose is blocked.

  • Pump filter is blocked.

  • Drain hose end is higher than 100 cm above floor level.

 

Solution:

  • Unblock drain hose.

  • Clean pump filter.

  • Make sure that drain hose is properly installed.
