Answer:

Reason: It is the special resume function. In the case of power failure or the power plug is loose during washing, the machine can save the running program, and resume the program after the power supply is recovered. You do not need to set the program again.

 

Solution: If you need to choose program, please press the “Start/Pause” button, then press the “power” button to shut off the washer. Then press the “Power” button to restart the washer.
