Question:
There are some water leak on the floor
Answer:
Reason 1： Connection between water inlet hose and washing machine, or connection between water inlet hose and water faucet are not connect well.
Solution 1： Please check if the connection are not connected well. And connect the inlet hose again.
Reason 2： Water level is too high.
Solution 2： If you wash a small amount of laundry at a high water level, the water maybe splash from inner tub and flow on the floor. Please lower the water level.
Reason 3： Use high bubble or too much washing powder.
Solution 3： Reduce the dosage of washing powder.
