Question: Keypad can’t work normally
Answer:

Reason: 1、Child lock 2、Keypad problem

Step:  1. Check if you set the child lock

Solution: The keypads will not response after setting the child lock. Resume the child lock function, enter the lock set menu to set the child lock "OFF" or execute the Unlock function.

Please call service when your TV not ok after above operation.
