Question: Neither side of the gas stove ignites.
Answer:
① Please first check if there is any gas. If not, check whether the pipeline valves have been closed.
② Is the gas supply sufficient at home? Has the gas meter been reset by pressing the reset button? Is the battery of the gas meter charged?
③ If the gas source is sufficient, please press the two side knobs for 3-5 seconds. The white porcelain needle of the normal burner should emit an electric spark accompanied by a tapping sound:
If no such phenomenon occurs, please replace the battery and wipe the metal contact points in the battery box, and observe the usage (note: remove the battery protection film/cap, install the positive and negative poles correctly), for gas stoves with plug-in power supply, please check if the plug is loose.
If there is an electric spark, please try to clean the holes of the gas stove fire cover and reinstall it properly.
