Question: Dose low enviroment temp in Winter will cause bad heating effect?
Answer:

 

1.The ambient temperature is too low (below -5°C): the normal operating range for cold and warm air conditioning is between -5°C and -7°C. In such low temperatures, the heat absorption from the outdoor environment decreases, resulting in reduced heating efficiency indoors.


2.If the outdoor temp too low, will cause heating efficiency, suggest you set temp at 22℃-28℃, and low or mid fan speed.
