Answer:

1. If your air conditioner has a Wi-Fi symbol，you can download “Hai smart” APP to conrol it.
After Downloading the app, please register an account, and link your air conditioner,then enjoy using "Hai smart " to manage your device.

(Smart mobile phone and wireless router are necessary for the appliacation. Wireless router must be able to connect to theInternet. Smart mobile phone requires IOS or Android system）

2. If your air conditioner has voice control, say "hello" to wake it up, then give voice commands to operate the unit.

3. If none of these funtions are availbable, please call for Haier service to purchase a new remote control.
