Step 2: Input the model name(the refrigerator model as an example) and click “search”

Step 3: When the search results come out, please click the model to go to the page of this model.

Note: If you need the manual, but can’t find it, please call the Customer Care Center

Step 4: When you see the model page, please click “Manual”to go to the user manual download page and download the user manual.
