Troubleshooting

1.Plug the Xbox to TV using HDMI cable. Switch the input source to HDMI

2.Press menu key, then select Setting

3.Select Channels & Inputs

4. Select Inputs

5. Select HDMI EDID Version, and set EDID 2.1

6. In the HDMI source, press menu key, then select Picture-> Advanced Settings, and  change MEMC to off. (Note: some models need to be set)

7. Change ALLM to on

8. For using 120Hz on Xbox, switch input source to HDMI3 or HDMI4.（only some  models support）

Game console Xbox support ALLM and VRR

1. Open the settings for ALLM and VRR of XBox.

2. If the TV support 120Hz, then the xbox or ps5 will show the message as follow.
