Troubleshooting

1. Gas-related cause: When the combustion gas contains a relatively high amount of moisture or excessive impurities, the flame color will appear red. 

2. Dust cause: When there is dust in the indoor air or when the amount of moisture and cooking fumes in the air increases during cooking, red flames are also likely to occur. 

3. Ambient air: The air in the kitchen environment is humid. In the southern regions during the plum rain season with humid weather, when the stove is burning, it is prone to produce a red flame. In the northern regions, the situation is more severe after winter heating, mainly because windows and doors are closed in winter, humidifiers are used, and the humidity is relatively high, resulting in a red flame phenomenon when the stove is burning. Additionally, long periods of cooking and poor ventilation from the range hood can also lead to high humidity in the kitchen. 

4. Dirty pot bottom: When the pot bottom is dirty, the contact between the flame and the pot bottom causes the flame to turn red. 

5. Reasons related to the pot support: The enamel on the surface of the pot support may turn red under high-temperature heating, or the flame may cause a flame color reaction when it burns the pot support feet, which is a normal phenomenon. 

6. During the first few uses of the new machine, it is normal for the flame to show a small amount of red-yellow flame.
