Troubleshooting

Yellow flame is caused by incomplete combustion of gas, during which the thermal efficiency is very low and gas is easily wasted. The main reasons are as follows: 

1. Liquefied gas bottom bottle gas: The bottom bottle gas contains more impurity gases and is difficult to burn fully, so the gas cylinder needs to be replaced in a timely manner. → Replace the liquefied gas to ensure sufficient gas volume. 

2. Burner holes blocked: Blocked burner holes can lead to insufficient firepower, requiring cleaning of the burner cap → Clean the burner holes of the burner cap 

3. Damper adjustment too small: A too-small damper will result in insufficient air intake, requiring appropriate adjustment of the damper → increase the damper inlet 

4. Gas source mismatch: If the gas source suitable for the gas stove does not match the gas source at home, it may also cause yellow flames → Replace the appliance with one that is compatible with the gas quality. 

5. The gas nozzle is too large, resulting in insufficient air intake at the damper → Replace the nozzle with one that meets the requirements 

6. Check whether there are foreign objects in the valve body nozzle air holes and side holes → If there are foreign objects, clean them up; if they cannot be cleaned, replace the valve body or nozzle 

7. Check whether the inner cavity of the user's burner head and the fire holes of the burner cap are blocked → If blocked, clean them to ensure smoothness, and then install the cleaned burner cap in place
