The clothes dirty is not washed thoroughly. Poor washing performance.
• Is the most appropriate wash cycle for the amount of detergent being used?
• Was enough detergent used for the amount of dirt?
• Was the washer overloaded for the washer capacity or the cycle selected?
• Select a stains removal option if possible in your machine program.
• Try selecting prewash or rinse
• Separate heavily and lightly soiled garments.
• Was the washer dirty from the previous wash? After washing particularly dirty clothing, we recommend putting the washer through a rinse cycle after the load has been removed, to wash away any dirt remnants and to prevent it contaminating future washes.
• Use a wash temperature suitable for the type of stains , e.g. warm for greasy stain, cold for muddy stains. Increasing the wash temperature generally improves soil removal and overall wash performance.
