Question: Clothes were not washed thoroughly.
Answer:

The clothes dirty is not washed thoroughly. Poor washing performance.

Is the most appropriate wash cycle for the amount of detergent being used?

Was enough detergent used for the amount of dirt?

Was the washer overloaded for the washer capacity or the cycle selected?

Select a stains removal option if possible in your machine program.

     Try selecting prewash or rinse

Separate heavily and lightly soiled garments.

Was the washer dirty from the previous wash? After washing particularly dirty clothing, we recommend putting the washer through a rinse cycle after the load has been removed, to wash away any dirt remnants and to prevent it contaminating future washes.

Use a wash temperature suitable for the type of stains , e.g. warm for greasy stain, cold for muddy stains. Increasing the wash temperature generally improves soil removal and overall wash performance.
