Microwave mode: Similar to ordinary microwave ovens, it tends to result in cold centers and hot edges of food. Solutions: Turn or stir the food midway, or use a model with the "frequency conversion" function.
· Grilling/Baking Mode: The heat source usually comes from the top (quartz tube or light wave tube), which can easily cause the top of the food to burn while the bottom remains undercooked. Solution: Place the food on the middle or lower rack, turn it over halfway through, or use a model with the "hot air convection" function (if available)
