Question: The Electric ceramic hob can be powered on but does not heat or heats abnormally
Answer:

Check the cookware: Ensure that a flat-bottomed pan is used and that the bottom fully covers the heating ring.

   · Check the heating plate: If the heating is uneven or intermittent, it may be due to oxidation of the wiring terminals of the heating plate. After powering off, you can use sandpaper to polish the connection points. If the heating wire is broken, the entire heating plate needs to be replaced.

   · Check heat dissipation: If heating is slow or the device shuts down automatically, in about 80% of cases, the cause is poor heat dissipation. Use a toothbrush and vacuum cleaner to clean all the dust from the bottom heat dissipation holes and fans.
