Answer:

Clean the panel: Ensure the panel and fingers are dry and clean. Oil stains or moisture may cause touch malfunction.

   · Check the interior: If cleaning is ineffective, it may be due to aging of the conductive rubber under the keys or loose internal wiring harness. You can try using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to wipe the key contacts, or re-plug the wiring harness connection.
