"· Risk: Glass-ceramic panels are sensitive to sudden temperature changes and sharp impacts. Splashing cold water on a hot panel or cleaning it with a steel wool pad may cause cracking."

   · Response: Be sure to wait until the panel has completely cooled before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth with a special cleaner. For stubborn stains, first soften them with a damp cloth and then wipe.
