Answer:
Question： Washing machine has a E5 error code / Washing machine display E5
Answer: If your drum washing machine shows E5, it indicates drainage abnormal.
Possible cause:
Drainage failure: Drainage hose is clogged, bent, or placed too low. The drainage filter is clogged.
Solution:
1. Check the drainage pipe: The drain pipe should be no blockages and bends. The height from the ground should be between 80-100 cm.
2. Check the drainage filter: The drainage filter is usually located behind the front panel on the right below side. If there are any foreign objects, remove them and reinstall the filter in place.
3. Check the floor drain and drainage outlet connected to the drainage pipe. There should be no foreign objects blocking them. If there are any, clear them and ensure smooth drainage.
4. Power off and restart: Turn off the power supply, wait for a few minutes, then restart and test.
5. If the above operations are ineffective, it may be that the drainage pump or sensor is damaged. Please contact Haier customer service to arrange a professional service technician for machine detection .
Note: Before operating, please make sure to disconnect the power supply and water supply to ensure safety.
