What should you do if the digital display model of the instant electric water heater shows the error code EH?
Answer:
The EH code indicates an abnormal outlet water temperature fault, mostly caused by a faulty sensor or control board. Please refer to the solutions below:
1. Fault of outlet water temperature sensor (short circuit / open circuit)
Cause: Poor contact, damage or broken wiring of the temperature probe.
Solution: Replace with a brand-new outlet water temperature sensor.
2. Damaged main control board
Cause: Abnormal mainboard detection or faulty components.
Solution: Completely cut off the power supply and restart the unit.
If EH still appears after restarting, replace the main control board.
