1、Reversed water pipe connection
The standard installation is water inlet on the right and water outlet (connected to the shower) on the left. Reversed piping will disable heating. Reinstall the water pipes in the correct position.
2、Inlet valve closed or not fully open
If the flow control valve is closed, the unit cannot detect water flow. Fully open the inlet valve to ensure smooth water circulation.
3、Temperature control gear turned off
The temperature adjustment knob is set to the OFF position. Turn the knob clockwise to switch on the heating gear.
4、Insufficient water pressure or water flow
If the inlet water flow fails to meet the startup requirement (≥1.8L/min), the heating function will not be activated. Follow the troubleshooting methods for low water flow to increase water flow and improve water pressure.
5、Faulty flow sensor
The flow rotor may be stuck by impurities or the sensor may be damaged, resulting in failure to sense water flow. Clean foreign matters on the rotor; replace the sensor if it is defective.
6、Tripped earth leakage protection
In case of abnormal ELCB leakage protection, press the RESET button on the unit to restore normal operation.
If the unit still cannot heat normally after the above troubleshooting, please contact a professional after-sales engineer for on-site inspection and maintenance.
