Warm reminder: Electrical faults involve potential safety hazards. Non-professionals must not disassemble the unit for inspection. It is recommended to contact after-sales technicians for on-site maintenance first.
1、No mains power supply
Check whether the household air switch and leakage protection socket are tripped or powered off. Confirm that the supply voltage is within the normal range with no power cut or tripping.
2、Incorrect wiring
Mixed connection of live wire, neutral wire and ground wire causes the unit to fail to power on. The power cord shall be reconnected in standard specification.
3、Overheat thermostat protection tripped
The thermostat will cut off power once overheating occurs. Check the reset button on the thermostat; if it pops up and trips, press it manually to reset after troubleshooting abnormalities.
4、Loose main board wiring
Loose or poorly connected wires on the internal circuit board. Reconnect and fasten the wire harness connectors to restore circuit connection.
If the above troubleshooting fails to solve the problem, please contact professional after-sales service for on-site repair.
