Question: What should I do if the water heated by the instant electric water heater is not hot enough?
Answer:

1、Excessive outlet water flow

Excessively fast water flow leads to insufficient heating. It is recommended to properly reduce the inlet water flow and control the water volume within 3–4.5L/min. A water-saving shower flow restrictor can also be installed to improve heating performance.

2、Heating power not adjusted to the maximum

Turn the temperature or power adjustment knob to the MAX gear to enable full-load heating and raise the outlet water temperature.

3、Low incoming voltage

Unstable or insufficient power supply voltage will directly reduce heating power and result in low water temperature.

In case of long-term low voltage, consult the power supply authority for improvement or replace with a higher-power model.

4、Damaged heating element

Single or dual heating tubes with damaged parts or abnormal resistance will cause reduced heating capacity.

Warm Reminder: Internal electrical components involve potential electric safety hazards. Do not disassemble the unit privately. Please contact professional after-sales personnel for inspection and maintenance.
