Question: What should I do if the instant electric water heater leaks water?
Answer:

1、Leakage at pipe connectors

Loose joints or poor sealing at the inlet and outlet pipe connections cause water leakage. Retighten the connectors or replace aging sealing rings and gaskets to restore tight sealing.

2、Water leakage from the unit body

If water seeps from the internal shell, valve body or other parts of the heater, it indicates an internal fault. Cut off the power supply immediately to avoid electric shock hazards, and contact after-sales personnel in a timely manner for on-site inspection and repair.
