1、Accidental press of the TEST button
If the fault prompt is triggered by accidentally pressing the TEST key, press the RESET button on the unit to restore normal operation.
2、Electric leakage of the unit (excessive leakage current)
Once the main control board detects electric leakage risks, it will trigger an alarm prompt. A professional technician shall use a megohmmeter to check whether the heating element is leaking electricity. Replace the heating element if electric leakage is confirmed.
3、Damaged components
Faults of the leakage detection coil or main board will cause false alarms or real leakage alerts. Check whether the live wire and neutral wire pass correctly through the leakage coil. Replace the faulty leakage coil or circuit board if damaged.
4、Warm Reminder
Faults related to circuits and electric leakage contain potential safety hazards. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble or inspect the unit by themselves. Please contact an after-sales engineer for on-site service when necessary.
