Please conduct a step-by-step checking, from the outside to the inside,
First, observe where the water is leaking from. Is it leaking when it's being filled, during the washing process, or when it's being drained?
Leakage during water intake: Focus on checking the water inlet pipe and faucet
Leakage during washing: Focus on checking the water seal and sealing ring
Leakage during drainage: Focus on checking the drainage hose
1. Preliminarily determine the location of water leakage:
Is it at the bottom, the front, the back, or the side? Different locations correspond to different causes, and narrowing down the scope will make the investigation more efficient.
2. Cause checking
(1) Check the connection of the inlet pipe:
• Is the connection between the inlet pipe and the faucet tightened? Is the sealing ring aged or missing?
• Is the connection between the inlet pipe and the washing machine loose?
• Is there any damage or cracks on the pipe body?
(2) Check the drainage pipe:
• Is the drainage pipe damaged, aged, or cracked?
• Is the connection between the drainage pipe the washing machine loose or disengaged?
• Has the drainage pipe been overstretched or bent, causing it to rupture?
(3) Check the faucet
• Is the faucet itself tightly closed? Is there any dripping or leakage that flows down the pipe and is mistaken for a leak from the washing machine?
(4) Check for excessive detergent
• If there is too much foam overflowing from the inner bucket and flowing down the body, it may look like a leak but in fact it is just foam overflowing
If this is the case, use a low-foaming detergent
3. How to solve:
(1) Loose inlet/outlet pipes: Tighten them again, or replace the sealing ring.
(2) Foam overflow: Reduce the amount of detergent used, not a fault.
(3) Pipe damage, outer bucket issues: Seek after-sales service for handling.
