Troubleshooting

After using the top-loading washing   machine, if find clothes is torn open or damaged after washing, the checking steps   are as follows:

1. Check the washing machine itself

(1) Check if the inner cylinder is   damaged: there should be no cracks or areas that are sharp and dangerous.

(2) Check the drainage filter : there   should be no sharp foreign objects remaining

(3) Check the surface of pulley: the   surface of the pulley should be intact, without warping, cracks, or loosening

2. Check the clothes being washed

(4) Check the damaged clothes themselves:   observe the shape of the tear: is it a torn shape (caused by pulling and   tearing)? Is it a cut shape (caused by sharp objects)? Is it a worn shape   (the fabric is worn thin and then the hole appears)?

(5) Recall if sharp objects on the   clothes were removed

(6) Check if the fabric of the clothes is   suitable for machine washing: light and thin fabrics, knitted sweaters, and   those labeled "not machine washable" or "only hand   washable"

3. Check if the washing operation was   correct

(7) Check if the washing mode matches the   clothes: it is recommended to choose the gentle mode for light and thin   clothes

(8) Check the spin speed setting: if the   spin speed is too high, it will cause a lot of impact on light and thin   clothes. Weak clothes should be recommended to choose a low spin speed or no   spin at all

4. Auxiliary methods

Perform a "single light and thin   clothing washing test"

Wash a piece of less important light and   thin clothing separately once

If there is damage, it is basically   confirmed to be a problem with the washing machine

If not, the problem may lie in the   washing method or mixed washing of clothes

By following these steps one by one, the   cause can usually be identified in most cases.

If it is confirmed that the problem is   with the mechanical part of the washing machine (such as damage to the inner cylinder   or loosening of the pulley), please contact the after-sales service for   on-site inspection.
