Question: Abnormal drainage of top-load washing machine
Answer:

For abnormal drainage of top-load washing machine, the checking steps are as follows

1. Inspect the drainage pipe:

Check if the drainage pipe is bent, flattened or clogged, and straighten it.

Check if the drainage pipe is inserted too deeply into the sewer (more than 15cm may cause siphoning), and adjust the insertion depth.

2. Inspect the filter/overflow valve:

Open the panel to find the drainage filter, clean the lint and debris on the filter screen.

Check if there are any foreign objects such as coins or paper scraps stuck in the drainage valve opening.

3. Check the drainage height:

Is the height of the drainage pipe hanging above the ground by more than 10cm (some models require this)? If so, it will affect drainage.

4. Check the program settings:

Have you selected the "No Drainage" or "Anti-Wrinkle Soaking" program? Change it to the standard washing program.

5. Check the water level/door cover:

Is the door cover closed properly? Some models do not drain if the door cover is not closed.

If the drainage is slow, clean the filter first. If there is no drainage, check the pipeline next.

After the above checks and treatments, if there are still any problems, please contact the after-sales service for further handling.
