Question: Clothes dehydration is insufficient
Answer:

Please check whether the amount of laundry is less, or are you washing garments such as sweaters that absorb a lot of water and cannot be spun dry?

Too few garments or washing garments that absorb large amounts of water (such as sweaters) can cause the washing machine to trigger eccentricity protection. Please add a few more garments to distribute the load evenly, then proceed with spinning.

During spinning, if the laundry is unevenly distributed, the washing machine will redistribute and loosen the garments, and resume spinning once they are evenly distributed. If the garments remain unevenly distributed within the set time, the washing machine will not spin to avoid severe vibration. In this case, please check whether the garments are knotted or tangled, rearrange them, and then select the spin program to spin again. When the laundry load is small, eccentricity protection may prevent the washing machine from spinning; you can add some garments to distribute the load evenly, then proceed with spinning. Additionally, the redistribution and loosening of garments by the washing machine may extend the spinning time, which is normal phenomenon of the programmed cycle.
