Question: Washing machine excessive vibration (swaying, shifting, shaking)
Answer:

If the washing machine is excessive vibration ,such as waying, shifting, shaking. Please refer to following guide:

1.Check whether the washing machine is placed on an uneven surface. Press down on diagonal corners to confirm that the washing machine is stable. If the washing machine is not placed stably, you can loosen the adjustable feet, adjust them, level the washing machine, and then lock them tight. Both front feet of the top-loading washing machine are adjustable.

2. Check whether the washing machine fails to reach high speed or displays E3 or Unb and does not spin:

During the spin cycle, if the laundry load is small or a single garment has a high water content, the garments may become unevenly distributed. This is the eccentricity protection function. Solution: Turn off or pause the washing machine, take out the garments and loosen them evenly, then restart the spin cycle.

Note: For garments with strong water absorption such as sweaters, it is recommended to add a few more garments for spinning together. For large items or garments with strong water absorption, it is not recommended to use laundry bags, as they can easily cause eccentricity, tub collision, and vibration.

3.The washing machine can not be installed on a stand or bracket.
