1. Check the power supply:
Make sure the power plug is securely inserted and the socket is powered on.
2. Check the door lock status:
If the door is not closed, the machine will not enter the washing program.
Observe the door lock indicator light. If it is not on, re-close the door; if it repeatedly fails to close, it may be that the door lock is damaged.
3. Check the water supply:
Confirm that the faucet is open; the inlet pipe should be free from bends or blockages.
5. Check the drainage:
If the control board detects residual water levels, it may refuse to start. Check the drainage pipe; it should be free from bends and blockages.
6. Check the program selection:
Is the "Spin" or other non-washing programs selected?
Is the "Delay" function is actived, causing the machine to wait for the appointment time to start?
7. Check the child lock function:
When the child lock is activated, the buttons are ineffective and the panel usually has a lock icon indicating it. The child lock needs to be released first.
If the problem still persists after the above checks, please ask for service technician on-site inspection.
