Haier ‘Impian Merdeka’ Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Haier ‘Impian Merdeka’ Promotion (“Campaign”) is organized by Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Haier”). By participating in this Campaign, Participant are deemed to have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Campaign and agree to abide by them. Occasionally, we will carry out lucky draw when you make purchases for qualifying items, orders or services. The terms and conditions below govern the free gift offers/promotions on this site, we encourage all to read through with care to avoid any misunderstanding and dispute.

1.     Campaign Period

This Campaign will commence from 8^th August 2026 and ends on 30^th September 2026 (“Campaign Period”). Redemption period starts from 8^th August 2026 and ends on 30^th September 2026. (Invoice last date: 7^th October 2026)

2.     Eligibility

a.               This Campaign is open to all Haier’s customer (end-users) in Malaysia and aged 18 years old and above. (“Participant”).

b.              Permanent and contract employees, representatives, dealer, and agents of Haier and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, children, parents, parent-in-law, brothers, sisters) thereof is not eligible to participate in this Draw.

c.               Haier reserve the right to revoke the registration of any Participant found to be ineligible to join the Draw.

3.     Campaign Mechanic – Digital Lucky Draw

This Campaign consist of Digital Lucky Draw and Gift with Purchase.                       

            Process

a.     Purchase Haier’s product

- To join the Digital Lucky Draw, Participant shall purchase the selected Haier Product stated below from Haier authorized dealer shop, throughout the Campaign Period.

b.     Scan QR code and submit Lucky Draw form

- Participant is required to submit a Lucky draw form or scan the provided QR Code and upload the proof of purchase.

- Redemption period starts from 8^th August 2026 and ends on 7^th October 2026.

- One invoice/receipt with purchase any selected model equivalent to one (1) draw entry only.

- Only one (1) prize per invoice per entry is allowed. Participant may submit multiples invoices to get the entries.

c.      Automated Random Selection

- The automated random selection process of the digital lucky draw takes place at a predetermined date and time with below picture shown.

- Winners of the Lucky Draw will be selected via an automated selection system in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 3.

- In the event Haier is unable to reach the Winners after maximum three (3) attempts in three (3) days by email / Facebook / WhatsApp’s, the Winners shall be disqualifying from this Campaign and shall not be entitled to any Prize.

- The Winner cannot be represented by any other person. Haier reserve the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to adhere to this requirement.

- All prize(s) are valid within the Campaign Period only. All claims beyond the specific period will be consider void and will not be entertained.

- Haier reserves the right to request relevant documentation or written proof of identification, age and place of residence of the Winners prior to the collection of their respective Prizes.

d.     Winner Announcement

- Winner announcement will be posted on Haier Official Facebook page. 

4.     The Prizes/ Gifts

Selected Haier Products and Lucky Draw Entry Entitlement for Petrol Voucher

1.     Prize Collection - Digital Lucky Draw

a.      The prize will be awarded to the winner(s) in 7 days from the date of October 2026 announcement. The prize distribution timeline is subject to change based on stock availability and other unforeseen circumstances. While we will make every effort to adhere to the specified timelines, winners acknowledge that delays may occur, and any updates will be communicated via e-mail. Further details regarding the prize giveaway will be communicated to the winner(s) including the venue and time of the prize collection.

b.     The Prize(s) for this campaign is non-transferable, and also cannot be substituted with any other item, cash, or credit.

c.      All prize(s) with purchase are on first come, first serve basis, while stock last.

d.     If a customer wishes to return an order/ item which qualifies for a prize(s) with lucky draw, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchased item is also returned.

e.      All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

f.      The Organisers shall not be liable and/or responsible for any loss of or damage to the prize once it has been received and/or collected by the winner(s).

g.     In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that prize and the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organisers.

h.     Haier reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute any prize with any other item(s) of similar value which Haier will notify the Winners through any method of communication that Haier shall at its absolute discretion decide.

i.      The Organisers reserve the right to request relevant documentation or written proof of identification, age and place of residence of the winner(s) prior to the collection of their respective prizes.

j.      The winner shall receive the prize on an ‘as is, where is’ basis, and shall bear the associated costs, including road tax, insurance and registration fees of the prize.

k.     The winner is encouraged to publicly share the prize on their social media platforms and tag the official Haier page as per the TnC.

2.     Campaign Mechanic - Gift with Purchase

This Campaign consist of only one-tier mechanic, namely, Gift with Purchase through redemption.

Gift with Purchase

a.           Purchase the selected Haier Product from our authorized dealer shop, throughout the Campaign Period.

b.           Every purchase of selected Haier Product is entitled for one (1) free gift as stated below (“Free Instant Gift”) and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) based on first come first serve basis (Instant Free Gift direct collect from dealer shop).

c.           Every purchase of the selected Haier Product is entitled for one (1) free gift as stated below (“Redeem Gift”) and is subject to limited available quantity (unit) for redemption based on first come first serve basis.

Redemption period starts from 8^th August 2026 and ends on 30^th September 2026. (Invoice last date: 7^th October 2026)

d.           Participant is required to submit a redemption form at (redemption form link) or scan the provided QR Code and upload the proof of purchase with invoice and product series number to redeem gift.

3.     Selected Haier Products and Free Gift / Redeem Gift

 Redemption Gift Process 

** Verification Redemption Form and delivery process will take up 90 days after promotion end.

** All redemption is based on first come, first serve basis and while stock last. Haier reserve the rights to remove the model from redemption portal after quota fully redeem without prior notice.

** All redemptions or appeals requiring resubmission of documents (including invoices or serial numbers) must be completed before the campaign cut-off date. Any submissions made after the cut-off date will not be accepted, and Haier reserves the right to withdraw the consumer’s entitlement to the Gift with Purchase.

** Consumers shall ensure that the contact number provided for credit transfer is accurate and valid. Haier shall not be responsible for any failure in credit transfer arising from the submission of incorrect contact details.

 General Terms and Conditions

a.      Haier reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof through any mode in the absolute discretion of Haier.

b.     All gift(s) are valid within the campaign period ONLY. All claims beyond the specific period will be consider void and will not be entertained.

c.      For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening or suspension of the Campaign Period or the suspension or termination of this Campaign by Haier shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by you or any other persons whatsoever against Haier for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination. 

d.     Haier may at its sole discretion disqualify/reject any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign and/or Haier’s social media platforms. 

e.      Haier reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute any prize with any other item(s) of similar value which Haier will notify the Winners through any method of communication that Haier shall at its absolute discretion decide.

f.      The gifts are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items. Haier reserve the right to substitute any of the gifts with items of equivalent value without prior notice.

g.     Haier decision on all matters relating to the gift with purchase be final, absolute and binding on the participants. No correspondence, enquiries, appeals, challenge, or discussion with respect to any decision or determination made the Organisers will be entertained.

h.     Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on you and be deemed to be brought to your attention through any notice displayed at Haier’s website or Haier’s social media platforms. 

i.      By participating in this Campaign, you agree and consent to allow your personal data being collected, processed and used by Haier in accordance with Haier’s Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on www.haier.com/my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time (“Haier’s Privacy Notice”).

j.      Haier shall not be liable for any losses, damages or cost incurred or suffered by any clients as a result of your participation in this Campaign. Furthermore, Haier shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to the act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Haier. 

k.     The terms and conditions of the Draw shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
