With ten years for sharpening a sword, Haier has grown up from a little-known Chinese brand which entered into US market with inappreciable products to a localized brand selling products via the mainstream channels in the United States. The past ten years not only witnessed the growth of Haier Brand in the United States, but also Haier's "striving to be a High-End Brand" at US market. Currently, Haier US Plant has mainly manufactured variable-temperature series refrigerators and French-style four-door big-sized series refrigerators; the plant, adopting localized staffing management, has seen an increase in the number of employees by only 50 than that of the initial establishment phase ten years ago, but has greatly improved the efficiency. And production capacity has been nearly 10 times that of the initial establishment phase. At the market, Haier's localized three-door variable-temperature refrigerators and French-style four-door big-sized refrigerators are favored by the local users, which has raised the popularity of Haier Brand. Recently, a model of 13-kilogram high-capacity Haier stirring washing machine, reputed as "Energy-consumption Star" in the United States, has shown up at US market. It has furnished consumers with a solution of "washing week-long clothes for one time", and has filled the market gap in high-end large-capacity washing machines in the United States at the same time.
