Haier European Call Center Formally Put into Operation
On August 5th, Haier European Call Center located in Warsaw, Poland, was formally put into operation, providing customers with multilinguistic services in English, German, French and Italian, etc. Haier European Call Center makes it possible for Haier's headquarter to directly manage local outsourcing service providers, to guarantee the quality of Haier's overall service process, and to establish an Early Warning System. In addition, information obtained through the Call Center can be used as useful information for product design and improvement.
It is reported that the successful operation mode of Haier European Call Center will be promoted to Haier's US, Asia-Pacific, East Asia and Middle Africa markets to provide faster and better services for its global customers as well as providing support for PL of the Group in more regions.
