One words news Recently, plenary session of China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) was held in Beijing. The conference unanimously adopted the resolution of having Haier as the chairman of the Final User Committee. The Sino US Entrepreneurs Summit Forum, co organized by China Certification & Accreditation Association (CCAA) and the American Society for Quality, was held in Beijing recently. Haier, on behalf of Chinese enterprises, communicated with American counterparts; Haier's "quality warranty" concept received much attention from international experts. On April 17, Appliance World Expo 2008 was held in Shanghai, where Haier's high end innovative products like U home were on display, fully demonstrating the charm of Haier high tech products and its brand appeal. On April 18, Haier Computer held a press release in Beijing, launching the 45nm Haier HD Eye protection Notebook computer, the first of its kind in China. The Haier double action washing machine, detergent free washing machine are used in Beijing Olympic Media Village and the Olympic Village, providing better service for domestic and foreign journalists and tens of thousands of athletes.
