In the "2007 Customer Satisfaction Index for Durable Goods in China" seven of Haier's products were listed as the most satisfying goods. The other day the Customer Committee of the China Quality, CSI Testing Center of China National Institute of Standardization and Chinese Enterprise Research Center of Tsinghua University jointly released the result of the investigation----"2007 Customer Satisfaction Index for Durable Goods". In the home appliance appraisal, the refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, TV set, water heater, microwave oven and exhaust hood of Haier group have been listed as the most satisfying goods. It is reported that the CSI investigation in China has been carried out across 50 major cities and suburbs and the result was obtained after considerable investigations, thus is a comprehensive evaluation of brands in customers' minds.
