Ms Meg from Sydney Satisfied with Haier Appliance Package The following story is told by Wu Meng, Overseas Product Manager of AC Products Division. The story taking place across China and Australia fully exhibits the magnetism of Haier once again. One evening in January, 2007, all the staff of Haier Sydney store were in training. Then one woman came in and bought 30 sets (nearly 100 units) appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, dish washers and microwave stoves. The employees did meet such customers who bought many appliances at a time before but they were so excited that the woman bought the appliances without any hesitation. Thus employees talked with her when going through the relative formalities for her. They got known from talking that the woman was named Meg. She visited China in June, 2006. "I found that haier products were hot sellers in the department stores I visited. I also knew that Haier was the most famous home appliance brand in China and I wanted to buy them even at that time", said Ms Meg, "Then my husband told me Haier was also available in Australia. I hence decided to buy them here." Back to Australia, Ms Meg learned that there was a Haier Store in Sydney but she did not afford time to visit it. One day, she happened to drive past the Store. When seeing the posters outside the Store and also planning to buy appliances for the hotel under decoration, she pulled over and walked in. Ms. Meg was very satisfied with Haier appliances and told the staff in Haier Sydney Store that "Haier appliance package is a big surprise to me and I will recommend them to my friends and colleagues".
