The Chongqing Made Haier Washing Machine off the Production Line Haier WM Base.. On Feb 10, the washing machine line in Haier (Chongqing) Industry Park was formally put into operation. The leaders from the Chongqing government and reporters from home and abroad witnessed the inauguration. Cao Chunhua, division director of WM Division and the leaders from the city jointly cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony. It is reported that this base has an annual capacity of 3 million. It is a part of a strategic layout of Golden Triangle that consists of other WM bases in Qingdao, Shunde and Hefei. This base will not only improve the capacity of the high-end products of Haier WM, but also help Haier further explore the markets in West China and enlarge the influences of Haier products in this region.
