Haier Double-Drive Washer and Detergent-Free Washing Machine is the Only Winner.. The 06' washing machine energy-saving summit and energy label initiating ceremony of China with the topic as "building up an energy-saving community" was held in Beijing on December 1st. Haier washing machines was awarded Outstanding Contribution in Energy Saving, Technological Innovation of Cleanliness and Outstanding Contribution in Water Saving at the ceremony. The Committee of China Energy-saving Summit specially conferred on Haier's detergent-free washing machine series, double-drive washer series and drum washing machine series the designation of "Green Energy-saving Product". At this summit, Haier, the first to get registered with by China Energy Label Center, would be the first brand to bear the energy label in China.
