Haier's ambition to gain worldwide recognition

Haier products are marketed not only in Kenya, but also in the United States, Europe, Japan and Pakistan and recognized by more and more consumers all over the world.
With the drawing near of the National Day of China, all product departments organize promotional activities and offer various new products. More and more Chinese consumers enjoy Haier's achievements in technology innovation. Haier¡¯s goal is to gain worldwide recognition for its trademark. Haier believes that only when Haier product ranks first in every region of the world could Haier's goal be achieved.
Recently, reports on Haier were published by People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency, Guangming Daily and Economic Daily. Haier's innovation philosophy of and achievements in improving Haier's global competitiveness and brand building has become a focus of all circles of the society, indicating that Haier's policy is in line with the spirit advocated by China's central government and that China needs global brands like Haier to stimulate the development of national economy.
Haier understands that it is a long way to go for a global recognizable brand. For this goal, 50,000 Haier people have experienced painstaking endeavors over the past years. Recently, Haier Strategy is preparing the 2006 Plan. Ma Jian, assistant director of Haier Strategy, is quoted as saying that purpose of the 2006 Plan is to gain further achievements in 2006 and the Plan will employ Haier's overall business policy based upon the analysis of Haier¡¯s market position, cash flow, revenue increase and benefits, as well as the development goal and the means to implement the goal.
