Zhang brought forward the goal and objective of Haier's overseas market exploration, saying that 'Individual-Goal Combination is the way Haier to make success in the world marketplace. It can satisfy the needs in an era of information and competition. Individual-Goal Combination policy requires competent personnel to challenge our shortcomings, carry out Haier's restructuring strategy, promote the teamwork in direct selling and cultivate healthy corporate culture. Haier will gain global recognition if Haier's Individual-Goal Combination policy is successfully implemented¡¯.
