Star service and contracted responsibility Haier provides services to communi.. To further improve customer services, Haier Customer Service Department launched the customer service program throughout China from August, aiming to establish 955 service centers and 38 technical support centers with star rating. The service centers are required to sign contracts for providing services to certain residential communities for Haier product users and are responsible for receiving complaints and handling quality related problems. Not long ago, a star rating service center and technical support center are established in either Qingdao and Beijing, indicating that Haier product users will share Haier star rating after sales services provided by one Haier service center.
