Maersk Global President: Haier Made a Successful Start" On July 3, Jess Soderberg, chief executive officer of one of the largest sea & land transportation companies in the world ¨C A.P Moller / Maersk Group in Denmark, paid a visit to Haier Group. Maersk is one of the key enterprises of the world-famous A.P Moller Group. Recently, Rosti A/S, a company under A.P. Moller signed a co-operative agreement with Haier and became a supplier of Haier Group. Mr Soderberg was entranced by the beautiful environment of Haier University. He was especially impressed with the cartoons by Haier employees mirroring Haier's corporate culture. He believed that a good start was very important to an international company. Haier's practice was very effective and easily acceptable by the employees at the grassroots level. During a talk with Mr Zhang Ruimin, CEO of Haier Group, Mr Soderberg called Haier a highly reputed Chinese brand in the world. He believed that the co-operation between Haier and Rosti would be a successful start for further cooperation.
