Zhang described Haier's search in strategic innovation in different stages to Mr. Porter and Porter said that Zhang was a great strategic thinker. He explained that Haier's strategic thinking was very clear and its practice was full of competitiveness, innovation and attraction.
Gary Hamel believed that Haier's advanced independent management innovation would achieve great success.
