The national standard of General Requirements for After-Sales Service of Home Appliances and Similar Electrical Appliances that Haier took the lead to stipulate was formally approved for announcement recently, and it is expected to be implemented on September 1, 2009. It is a national standard related to home appliances service, also a programmatic standard of China's home appliances service industry. It is said that the nation's examination and approval on the remaining seven home appliances service standards that Haier took the lead to stipulate are in progress now. Implementation of this national standard is expected to standardize and guide the after-sales service of home appliances industry, and bring convenience to customers.
