Haier CEO Zhang Ruimin inspects Haier's Olympic Service Center
On August 7th, CEO of Haier Group, Mr. Zhang Ruimin came to Haier Olympic Service Center and Olympic Village to inspect the work of Haier's personnel and products.
Zhang Ruimin came to Haier Olympic Service Center for inspection immediately after getting off the plane. Xie Juzhi, director of CMI Customer Service Business Company, reported the situation of Haier Olympic Service Center to Zhang Ruimin: while offering service, the Olympic Service Center is also a center for Haier products display and experience; round-the-clock bilingual consultation and other services are provided for domestic and foreign guests; the Olympic service engineer are sent to different stadiums with help of GPS system, thus to guarantee timely and quality services for all stadiums.
Later, Zhang Ruimin inspected the athlete cafeteria, Haier Laundries, athlete fitness centre and media center, equipped with Haier's refrigerators, washing machine, air conditioner and commercial air conditioner, and other products made by Haier. Zhang Ruimin smiled when he saw that Haier products have made contribution to for the Beijing Olympics. Named as "Haier Street", the athlete cafeteria is equipped with Haier refrigerating equipments, providing a comfortable dining environment for more than 16,000 athletes from 205 different countries and regions. Zhang Ruimin shook hands with Haier service engineers of the athlete cafeteria, saying, "You've done a great job."
Then, Zhang Ruimin inspected "World as a Big Family: Haier's Future Life Experience Center" located in Beijing Chaoyang Park. On the customer appreciation meeting held in the Experience Center, Zhang Ruimin made a pithy interpretation on the logo of "World-as-a-Big-Family". He said, "'World-as-a-Big-Family' can be understood from three perspectives: firstly, it is established based on the platform of Olympics; secondly, it is based on Haier's idea of U-home; and thirdly, what we pursue is to create the World-as-a-Big-Family of Haier Brand. I hope that everyone, together with Haier people, tries to develop Haier into a world brand loved by people of the whole world."
In the athlete cafeteria of the Olympic Village, Zhang Ruimin, CEO of Haier Group (third from the left), is asking for feedbacks on the works of Haier's natural-refrigerant refrigerators and commercial air conditioners in serving the athletes.
