Ms. Yang Mianmian, Chairman of Association of Women Enterprisers in Shandong province £¦ president of Haier Group, made a theme report on the topic of "Innovation is the soul of Haier culture". She points out that if an enterprise doesn't develop, then it must have been enchained by its old conception and way of thinking. If a company wants to develop, it must get rid of presumption. She demonstrated the innovation concept of Haier Group from four aspects: Concept innovation, Goal innovation, Market innovation and Human resources management innovation. Her speech arouses wide reverberation among the women enterprisers present. They all hope to have more opportunities to learn the innovation concept of Haier Group.
