Haier CEO Zhang Ruimin introduced him Haier's achievements in practice of the Market-chain and restructuring. Thomas W.Lin,PH.D. was deeply impressed and said, 'in most cases, it will take 6 to 8 years to complete a corporate business restructuring process. As office period of most American company senior management is generally 5 years, few are determined to reform business structures. Obviously, the significant achievements of restructuring cannot immediately be made in the initial 5 years. 'Before my interview, I knew that Haier had gained large market shares in Europe and the United State. Now, I am convinced by Zhang's speech that Haier will make greater achievements in the future as I understand more about Haier's restructuring,' Thomas W.Lin,PH.D. added.
